To register and use 89fb, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 89fb operates a strict 21+ policy. Players under the age of 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, or wager on the platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or trustee of any third party.

89fb reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

If 89fb determines at any point that a user does not meet the eligibility requirements, the account will be closed immediately. Any funds in the account will be handled in accordance with 89fb's account closure procedures and applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

Each individual may hold exactly one registered account on the 89fb platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment details — is a material breach of these Terms.

Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information required by 89fb. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. You may update your details via your account settings or by contacting our support team.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 89fb will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials confidential. You must notify 89fb support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

Account Verification (KYC)

89fb may at any time require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may include submitting copies of a government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card or passport), proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds. 89fb may suspend deposit and/or withdrawal functionality pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Providing false, forged, or misleading documentation constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and possible referral to relevant authorities.

Duplicate Accounts

Where 89fb identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any balances in duplicate accounts will be transferred to the first registered account net of any bonus funds subject to wagering conditions. 89fb reserves the right to void all winnings generated through duplicate accounts and to recover any amounts paid out as a result of duplicate account activity.

All financial transactions on 89fb are denominated and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 89fb does not apply hidden currency conversion fees on BDT transactions. The following terms govern the deposit and withdrawal of funds:

Deposits

Deposits may be made via the payment methods currently listed in the 89fb cashier, which include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may be set by 89fb at the platform level or by the individual payment method provider. Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. 89fb is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours subject to identity verification status and the operating hours of the relevant payment provider. 89fb reserves the right to carry out additional security and fraud checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. 89fb will not process withdrawals to payment methods not registered in the account holder's own name.

Payment Method Ownership

You may only use payment methods — bKash wallets, Nagad accounts, bank accounts — that are registered in your own legal name. Using a payment method belonging to another person is prohibited and may constitute fraud. 89fb may request proof of payment method ownership at any time as part of its KYC procedures.

Anti-Money Laundering

89fb maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable guidelines. 89fb reserves the right to delay, block, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity. In such cases, 89fb may be required to retain funds pending investigation and may be prohibited from disclosing the existence of an investigation to the account holder.

Inactive Accounts

An account that has not recorded a login for a continuous period of 12 months is considered inactive. 89fb may apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳100 per month to inactive accounts with a positive balance. 89fb will make reasonable attempts to notify you before any inactivity fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for 24 consecutive months may be closed.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the 89fb platform. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published separately within the sportsbook and casino sections of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

Bet Placement and Acceptance

A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the 89fb system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed on events or markets that have already concluded, or where the result is known at the time of placement, are void. 89fb reserves the right to reject any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

Pricing Errors

In the event that odds or prices are published in error — whether due to a technical fault, a human error, or a data feed failure — 89fb reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. This applies regardless of whether the bet has been settled. 89fb will use reasonable efforts to identify and correct pricing errors promptly.

Event Cancellations and Postponements

If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed before the conditions for settlement are met, 89fb will settle bets in accordance with its published event-specific rules. In the absence of a specific rule, stakes will be returned to the account. Live in-play bets accepted after an event outcome is determined due to data latency will be voided.

Maximum Winnings

89fb applies maximum payout limits on a per-market and per-sport basis. These limits are published within the sportsbook and casino interfaces. Any winnings in excess of the applicable maximum payout limit will not be paid. Maximum payout limits may be updated from time to time at 89fb's discretion.

Casino and Live Casino

All casino games on 89fb — including live dealer games from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe — are governed by the individual game rules published by the respective provider and accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between provider rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the conflict concerns game mechanics or technical operation of the game, in which case the provider's rules apply.

• Registering more than one account or assisting any other person in creating a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access account information, or interact with the platform in any automated manner not expressly authorised by 89fb.
• Exploiting pricing errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome by exploiting differences between 89fb's odds and those of other operators.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds on behalf of a third party.
• Colluding with other players, game operators, or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, event, or bet.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other users or any part of the platform's backend systems without authorisation.
• Using the platform in a manner that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 89fb staff or other users through any communication channel provided by the platform.

All content on the 89fb platform — including but not limited to the 89fb brand name and logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, data, software, audio, video, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of 89fb or is used under licence from third-party rights holders. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of 89fb.

The 89fb name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of 89fb. Unauthorised use of any 89fb trademark is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

89fb does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. 89fb will use reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability and to restore service promptly following any interruption, but does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times or that all functions will operate without error.

89fb is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds information, event data, or promotional material, where such information contains errors caused by third-party data providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 89fb's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You may close your account at any time by contacting the 89fb support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon requesting closure, any pending bets that have been validly placed will be settled in the normal course. Any remaining real-money balance net of outstanding wagering obligations will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC compliance.

89fb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• 89fb reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity connected to the account.
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• The account holder has self-excluded and subsequently attempted to register a new account.
• 89fb is required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or instruction from a competent authority.
• The account is inactive as defined in Section 5.

Where an account is closed by 89fb due to a breach of these Terms, 89fb reserves the right to forfeit any balance in the account including real-money funds where they represent the proceeds of fraudulent or prohibited conduct. 89fb will handle such funds in accordance with its legal and regulatory obligations.

89fb reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law or regulation, changes to the platform's services or features, changes in 89fb's business practices, or for any other reason at 89fb's discretion.

Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantially affects your rights or obligations — 89fb will provide at least 14 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect, by publishing the updated Terms at 89fb.io/terms-conditions and, where practicable, notifying registered users via on-platform notification. Minor amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may take effect immediately upon publication.

The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes and claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 89fb's operations, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If your complaint cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, you may escalate the matter in writing to [email protected], marked "Formal Complaint". 89fb will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 3 business days and will provide a substantive response within 28 days of receipt.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights or your right to seek relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
